Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO)
Grantmakers for Effective Organizations is a coalition of nearly 3,600 individual members representing more than 400 grantmaking organizations committed to building strong and effective nonprofit organizations. GEO helps grantmakers improve practices in areas which, through years of work in philanthropy, have been identified by innovators in the field as critical to nonprofit success.

Council on Foundations (COF)
The Council on Foundations is a nonprofit membership association of grantmaking foundations and corporations. The Council’s mission is to provide the opportunity, leadership, and tools needed by philanthropic organizations to expand, enhance, and sustain their ability to advance the common good.

Exponent Philanthropy
The Association of Small Foundations (ASF) is a membership organization for donors, trustees, employees and consultants of foundations that have few or no staff. ASF enhances the power of philanthropy by providing donors, trustees, and professionals with peer learning opportunities, resources, and a collective voice in and beyond the philanthropic community.

National Center for Family Philanthropy

The Philanthropy Roundtable is America’s leading network of charitable donors working to strengthen our free society, uphold donor intent, and protect the freedom to give. Our members include individual philanthropists, families, and private foundations.

Center for Nonprofit Management

Nonprofit Finance Fund

A free capacity building and leadership development program from the Annenberg Foundation designed to strengthen and aid in the sustainability of Los Angeles County-based nonprofits.

City Scholars Foundation
Established in 1993, City Scholars® Foundation trains non-profit executives to lead more effective and sustainable organizations, which help thousands of low-income, yet high-potential youth stay in school, out of trouble and on track to a brighter future.
